What happens if an engineer isn't a perfect fit?
If an engineer does not meet your expectations during the initial two-week trial period, we will replace them immediately at zero additional onboarding cost.
How do you ensure timezone synchronization?

How does billing and invoicing work?
We invoice on a transparent monthly sprint retainer. Invoices are issued in USD, EUR, or GBP under Western commercial terms with standard Net-15 or Net-30 payment arrangements.
